REFUND REQUEST CENTER

Welcome to PrestoWebsite's Refund Request Center.
You MUST enter all information in the form below to receive your refund.  Our billing department will review your information before making any refunds to your account.  PrestoWebsite reserves the right to make refund payments in the form of Credit Card Reimbursement, Check Reimbursement by mail, or an Account Credit (in the case of Uptime Guarantee Refunds). You will be reimbursed the amount as indicated in the Refund Request Reason MINUS any applicable credit card fees.  All refund requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
This Refund Request Center only handles Hosting Account Signup Refunds and/or 99.9% Uptime Guarantee Refunds.  Other Refunds MAY be available at the PrestoStore.


Refund Request Reason:

Request Hosting Account Signup Refund
Select this option if you have signed up for a new web hosting account within the last 30 days and you are not satisfied for any reason.  If your account has not already been cancelled, once we process your refund, your web account will automatically be cancelled.  We will gladly refund all monthly hosting fees you have paid if you cancel within the first 30 days of signup.  You MUST enter in any explanations for requesting this signup refund in the provided area below.
Request 99.9% Uptime Guarantee Refund
Select this option if you have not been able to access your website via IP address at least 99.9% of the time.  If your web site is not online 99.9% of the time we will refund the percentage of your monthly hosting fees equal to the downtime. You MUST enter in your downtime explanation below.  This will be compared to our uptime records. This refund does NOT apply to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or downtime caused by situations beyond our control (such as a primary internet communications trunk going down).

ALL SUB-NETWORKS, RESELLERS AND DEDICATED SERVERS OF PRESTOWEBSITE MUST ADHERE TO THE ABOVE POLICIES.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW ANY TERM OR CONDITION WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION.
