You MUST enter all information in the form below to cancel your hosting account. Our billing department will review your information to determine if your account has any qualified refunds to apply to your account.  PrestoWebsite reserves the right to make refund payments in the form of Credit Card Reimbursement, Check Reimbursement by mail, or an Account Credit (in the case of Uptime Guarantee Refunds). You will be reimbursed the amount as indicated in the Refund Request Reason MINUS any applicable credit card fees.  All refund requests will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.
Other Refunds MAY be available at the PrestoStore.
